All Studio Ekta products are handmade. Natural variations in colour, pattern, texture, and size are part of the making process and are what make each piece unique. These variations are not considered faults, and we do not accept returns on this basis.
If, for any other reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.

Customers are responsible for returning items securely packaged to protect their resale condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected, minus the original delivery cost.

If an item is damaged after delivery or during return transit, we reserve the right to investigate the cause before issuing a refund.

For orders that included free shipping, the cost of outbound postage will be deducted from the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If damage is discovered after acceptance, please photograph the packaging and item and notify us straight away.
