SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide using tracked and signed-for delivery services. If a shipping option or quote is not visible at checkout, please contact us and we will be happy to provide one.
Order Dispatch
For online orders, we aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days of order confirmation, unless a different lead time is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
For made-to-order or out-of-stock items, we will contact you directly with the expected lead time.
UK Delivery
UK mainland deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail.
For high-value or high-volume orders or heavy items, next-day courier delivery may be required. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout.
International Delivery
International deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
All international orders are sent with tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier availability.
Customs duties, taxes, and any import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate or cover these costs.
Other Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including all relevant contact details. If a parcel is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information, any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
